Tips for Wearing Skinny Jeans

We all love skinny jeans, but not all have the right shape for them. Whether yours is or not, you'll probably want to try wearing skinnies at some time or another. While skinny jeans really look best on skinny people, there are some things you can do to make skinnies look good on a not so skinny you. If your hips are bigger than skinny, don't wear one of those wide belts with your skinny jeans.

Instead, wear a long, loose top or dress of some kind. A straight tunic that covers your hips would be ideal, but there are plenty of blouses, shirts and chunky cardigans to choose from, too. Go for tops made from dreamy jerseys that drape well, and make sure your skinnies have lots of Lycra for a good fit. Ankle zips will help you to get your foot through the narrow opening. More

Running Tips for New Runners

Running is a passion for many people. Runners run for many reasons, some to get away, some to get exercise, and some because they just can't not run. Following are some tips for new and experienced runners:

Note: Before you begin running or any exercise program, consult your doctor.

* Make a Goal. Goals will motivate you. Goals will vary from person to person. They can be personal mileage goals like the number of miles you will average in a day. They can be preparing for and competing in a specific race.

* Start and Keep a Training Diary. This will help you as you work towards your goals. You can compare where you are with where you have been.

* Don't do too much too quickly. Instead, build up your mileage slowly. A good goal is to add approximately 10% to your mileage each week. This is to help guard against injuries or burnout. More

Fashion For Fall 2007 Through Winter 2008

It is back to school time. Have you got everything you need for the new school term?

Books? Stationery? Clothing? Shoes?

Based on the fashion shows for Fall 2007 to Winter 2007, black is big, so is color and some neutrals. The hourglass shape is hot. Patent leather in jackets are popular as are boots. So how does all that translate to your campus wardrobe?

Will you be on your own or would you have someone to do your laundry? If you stay in a hostel, go for convenience. By convenience, I mean clothing and accessories that need minimal care. The last thing you would want is to spend hours just ironing your clothes which would crease easily after a few hours wear. Crease-resistant, easy to wash, or better yet, wash and wear clothes are ideal for hostel life. Hostel Fashion is cool, in line with the trends, sexy, yet practical enough for actually living with when you are on your own. More
